Returns & Replacement

We quality-test every product before it ships, but if something's not right, we've got you covered by our 7-Day Easy Replacement.

What's covered: Free replacement within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not working as described (e.g. a torn poncho seam, a leaking phone pouch, or a broken umbrella mechanism).

How to request: Message us on WhatsApp (+91 88660 44554) or email support@desibay.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a short photo or video of the issue. No long forms.

What happens next: Once approved, we arrange a free pickup (where serviceable) and ship your replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement isn't available, we'll offer a full refund — to your original payment method for prepaid orders, or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders.

Please note: Replacements apply to damaged or defective items. Products should be unused and returned with original packaging where possible. Normal wear from regular use isn't covered.
